Tony Hewett appointed as Group Director

MRM London is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Hewett as Group Account Director to head up the MasterCard and Vauxhall accounts, reporting to Client Services Director, Tom Wason.
Hewett’s appointment follows that of Nick Velody as Planning Director in March and the recent promotions of several senior management team members at MRM, including Ian McDowall to Head of Technology in February and Jeremy Flax to Head of Project Management in January.
With over 11 years experience in the digital space, Hewett was most recently Commercial Director at WPP owned interactive agency, Digit, where he managed relationships with key agency clients including Shell, Marks & Spencer and Directgov, as well as overseeing key strategic agency partner relationships with JWT and Mediacom in addition to working with McCann Erickson London on The Big Lunch account. Prior to that, he was Board Account Director at DLKW, managing and developing the agency’s digital relationships with Exxon Mobil, TENA, Halifax -Bank of Scotland and Intelligent Finance.
